Teri Halio, MSPT, CSCS | Board Certified Physical Therapist

 

 

Teri has been working in the fitness and wellness industry for over 25 years and has been a licensed Physical Therapist for 16 years. She graduated from Boston University with a Masters in Physical Therapy and is a Certified Sports and Conditioning Specialist through the National Sports and Conditioning Association. Teri opened Balanced Motion Physical Therapy 9.5 years ago. Prior to this she worked as a staff therapist at Emerson Hospital.


"My area of focus is treating orthopedic populations - from injury and postoperative rehabilitation to preventative treatment and management of orthopedic issues. I also specialize in the treatment of pregnancy aches and pains, and post-partum recovery.

My goal is to help men, women and children improve their everyday functioning, reduce or eliminate pain and learn how to prevent injury and treat themselves."

 

Teri is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Wendy Matteson, MSPT | Board Certified Physical Therapist

 

 

Wendy has been a licensed PT for over 20 years with experience in a variety of settings, but most recently, outpatient orthopedics and pulmonary CPT. Wendy has also worked in ICU, aquatics, homecare and inpatient physical therapy settings. Wendy hopes to continue to help people heal, improve functional mobility, and gain strength at Balanced Motion Physical Therapy.

Victoria Rainville, PT, DPT | Board Certified Physical Therapist

Vickie has been practicing in the Tyngsboro area for 5 years since moving to MA. She has her Doctorate and Masters of Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University and her Bachelors degree in Athletic Training from Springfield College. Her physical therapy practice blends a unique combination of skills developed through her experiences as a physical therapist and an athletic

trainer. In addition to practicing in outpatient, skilled nursing, and home health, she also brings many years of field and clinic experience in high school and collegiate athletics. Clinically, she brings strengths in orthopedics, sports medicine, geriatrics, as well as neurological care, women’s health and Oncology Rehab. She is certi!ed in the Graston Technique, Dry Needling and Cupping as well as the Functional Movement Screen.
